Objective: To compare the immunomodulatory effects of spore polysaccharides ( Gl-SP) and broken spore polysaccharides ( Gl-BSP) isolated from Ganoderma lucidum ( Leyss et Fr.) Karst. on murine splenic lymphocytes and peritoneal macrophages in vitro.
