Results The incidence rate of colonic ileus complicated with severe pancreatitis is 3.9%. Its location often occur to splenic flexure and transverse colon. Clinical symptom always appear in two or three months after non operation therapy and progressive aggravate.

结果本组重症急性胰腺炎并发结肠梗阻发生率为3.9%，其发生部位多位于结肠脾曲及横结肠，梗阻症状多在重症急性胰腺炎行非手术治疗后2～3个月内出现并进行性加重。
