The research on hypersonic slip flow grid effect for air heating problem are carried out, the results reveals that in slip flow, the accommodation coefficients have little impact on heat flux convergence which can be obtained using 1-2 grid Renold number.

The results show that face opening force, film stiffness and leakage rate are strongly affected by the slip flow under the operating conditions of low sealing pressure and low speed, especially when the pressure is between 0.152 MPa and 0.303 MPa.
