Mercaptoacetic acid SAMs ( MA/ Au SAMs) were prepared and charactered by electrochemical methods, ATR-FTIR and scanning electronic microscopy ( SEM). The electrochemical behaviors of dopamine and metol have been investigated at the MA/ Au SAMs.
