Almost half of China's 70m users of large online games have been playing for more than three years, the China Internet Network Information Center ( CNNIC), a government research institution, said in its annual survey of the industry last week.

Of those suffering losses, some have had their private information or money stolen from their mobile accounts, while many have had to spend extra time dealing with security risks, according to the report released last Monday by China Internet Network Information Center.
