In clinical studies, we studied not only LN but also neuropsychiatric lupus, blood crisis, pulmonary and pleural involvement of SLE, SLE with galactorrhea which is showed to be associated with the increased of serum prolactin level.

Results During a following up period of 3~ 6 months, 8 cases were successfully cured and galactorrhea disappeared. The severity of galactorrhea was diminished in 6 cases with the pain relieved or subsided.
